How much is the application deposit?
A $500 deposit will be required, with approved credit. Depending on
the results of the credit check, criminal background check, and rental/mortgage verification, an additional deposit may be required, not to exceed two times the monthly rent. -
What utilities/services are included in the rent price?
Water and gas charges will be a set amount based on the
apartment size and total occupant count, and are paid to Bloom Apartments along with the monthly rent. Electricity will be paid by the resident, directly to the power company. -
Are pets allowed?
We welcome dogs & cats at Bloom Apartments! We do not allow
exotic pets. There are no breed restrictions, but we require that aggressive breeds pass a temperament test prior to joining the community. Monthly pet rent of $35 for 1 pet, and $50 for 2 pets, will be required. -
Is parking included?
Yes, there is off-street parking available as well as street parking.
We are also within walking distance to public transportation.
